2.1 Information you provide

• Account info: name, email, password (stored encrypted), team / company, and contact details at sign-up.
• Business data: leads, contacts, company profiles, outreach emails, quotes, orders and knowledge-base documents you import or create in the workspace.
• Payment info: order records for plans and credits. Actual payment is handled by third-party providers (Alipay / WeChat Pay); we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: content you share when contacting us via email, Telegram or WeChat.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Logs and device info: IP address, browser, OS, access time and action logs, used for security auditing and troubleshooting.
• Cookies and local storage: to keep your session and remember language / theme preferences. You may clear them, but some features (e.g. login) may be affected.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service (discovery, enrichment, outreach drafting, quoting and order management, etc.).
• Account management, authentication, plan and credit billing.
• Protect account and platform security, perform auditing, fraud prevention and debugging.
• Send service notices, product updates and necessary operational messages where permitted or consented.

4. AI Processing and Your Content

The Service calls large language models to process your business data when generating outreach, scoring and research. We commit that your uploaded and generated content is used only to perform those functions for you. It will not be made public, nor used by us to train any model offered to the public. You / your team own the content generated through the Service (outreach, quotes, etc.); we claim no ownership of the output.

5. Third-Party Services

To deliver core features, the Service transmits the minimum necessary data to third-party providers when you trigger the relevant action, including but not limited to:

• Data and enrichment: Apollo, Hunter, ZeroBounce, Firecrawl, ImportYeti (lead discovery, email lookup / verification, website scraping, customs data).
• AI models: Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini (scoring, research, copy generation).
• Email: Gmail / mail services (real sending and receiving of outreach replies).
• Payment: Alipay, WeChat Pay (plan and credit payments).

These providers process data only to the extent needed to power the Service and are subject to their own privacy policies. We transmit only what is necessary for each function.

6. Storage and Security

• Data is stored on servers located in Singapore. We apply encryption, HTTPS in transit, access control and other technical and organizational measures.
• Multi-tenant row-level security (RLS): each team / tenant is fully isolated; other accounts cannot access your leads, research or outreach.
• Despite reasonable safeguards, no internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure. Please keep your password safe.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or business data. We share only: with your consent; with third-party providers necessary to deliver the Service (see above); where required by law or a lawful request from competent authorities; or to protect the rights and safety of the Service, our users or the public.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain your business data while your account is active to provide the Service. You may delete data in the workspace at any time, or contact us to close your account. After closure, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

• Access and correct your account and business data.
• Export the data in your workspace.
• Delete data or close your account.
• Withdraw consent previously given (may affect related features).

10. Minors
